Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, a premier orthopaedic group serving the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and southern Maine, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our fellowship-trained Spine Surgeon and interventional spine physician to manage a mix of surgical and non-surgical spine patients across clinic settings. Friday Work as part of a four-person spine team ? 2 physicians, 1 physician assistant, 1 nurse practitioner Supportive team culture with access to onsite imaging, physical therapy, and a new surgery center Competitive pay range of $105,000-$140,000 Benefits include medical, dental, vision, voluntary plans, 401k match, profit sharing, life insurance, practice credit, etc. Responsibilities Outpatient Clinic Duties Perform comprehensive evaluations of new and returning spine patients Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physicians Conduct pre-operative evaluations and provide surgical education to patients and families Injections and minor office procedures Interpret imaging and diagnostic test results Perform post-operative assessments including wound checks, suture/staple removal, and medication management Collaborate with physical therapy and rehabilitation teams Address patient questions, return messages, and manage refill requests Provide ongoing patient education and support Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New Hampshire and Maine or eligible to obtain National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, spine, or related specialty Experience with ultrasound and C-arm fluoroscopy preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills EMR proficiency and comfort with independent documentation and charting Job Type: Full-time Pay: $104,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Orthopedics License/Certification: FNP-BC (Preferred) A-GNP (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Portsmouth, NH 03801 (Required) Work Location: In person
