Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
or
Physician Assistant
with psychiatric experience to join our growing team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered mental health care and comfortable working in a collaborative, outpatient environment. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and oversee patients receiving Spravato® and IV ketamine therapy in accordance with REMS protocols and clinic standards. Responsibilities · Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management · Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications as clinically indicated · Supervise and monitor patients during ketamine and Spravato® treatment sessions · Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes · Provide education and support to patients and families about treatment plans · Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system Qualifications · PMHNP-BC or PA-C with psychiatric experience (required) · Current Ohio licensure in good standing · DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) · Experience with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or related psychiatric conditions preferred · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented What We Offer · Competitive compensation and benefits · Supportive, collaborative work environment · Training in Spravato® and IV ketamine protocols · Opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative psychiatric practice making a meaningful difference in patients? lives How to Apply If you are passionate about advancing mental health care and want to join a practice at the forefront of psychiatric innovation, we?d love to hear from you.
