A reputable healthcare system in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking an additional
Hospitalist Physician Assistant
to join its growing and collaborative
inpatient team . This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider who is passionate about hospital medicine and values predictable scheduling, strong support, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights: Full-time day shift position: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Minimal second shift and weekend requirements No call responsibilities Predictable daily workload with a soft patient cap Work within a fully integrated health system using Epic EMR for seamless care coordination Join a talented, patient-focused team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in a collegial and supportive environment Qualifications: NCCPA Certification At least 1 year of inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting Compensation & Benefits: Hourly compensation: $59.38 - $77.20, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match CME allowance and relocation assistance Paid malpractice with tail coverage Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
