Shift Details:
--Week 1 - Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday-8:00am-5:00pm
--Week 2- Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm
--Week 3- Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday-8:00am-5:00pm
--Week 4- Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm
Required: --Up to date CSR and DEA required --Active MA license required --No trauma --Urgent care or ED experience required
Assignment Details: --Prefer an APP for this outpatient Urgent Care need - would consider both MD/DO --Looking for 1 provider - vacancy due to a provider's sudden passing --The daily staffing is 2 providers with clinical support that includes Nursing and Medical Assistants.
