Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care in the field of PM&R

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree

Board certification in PM&R

Fellowship in Pain or Spine

Valid state medical license
