Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Integrative & Regenerative Medicine)

(Mondays & Fridays tend to be lighter clinic days) About the Role: Our client is a state-of-the-art integrative practice caring for patients with complex, chronic conditions?no case is ?too hard.? They blend conventional medicine with advanced functional and regenerative therapies to identify and treat root causes. If you?re relentlessly curious, coachable, and energized by continual learning, you?ll thrive here. You?ll receive direct mentorship from the physician team (including the founding medical director) and structured training across all protocols. They value clinicians who ask great questions, read outside of work, and ?live the role??including personal experimentation with evidence-informed wellness practices. (Experience or interest in peptide and stem-cell-adjacent therapies is a plus; e.g., familiarity with BPC-157.) What You?ll Do: Lead comprehensive 60-minute new patient consults, order targeted labs, and conduct 45?60 minute lab reviews ~2 weeks later. Manage longitudinal care with follow-ups every 3?7 months, adjusting plans based on outcomes and patient goals. Co-create individualized protocols spanning hormones, thyroid optimization, immune & infectious drivers, metabolic health, IV therapy, and peptide-forward strategies where appropriate. Collaborate closely with physicians; document clearly; own patient education and expectation-setting. Contribute to continuous improvement of protocols and patient resources. You Might Be a Fit If You? Are a licensed NP or PA (California or eligible) with strong clinical fundamentals and excellent bedside communication. Are genuinely curious and a self-directed learner who reads, studies, and experiments beyond clinic hours. Are comfortable with complex, multi-system cases and iterative care plans.
