We are looking for experienced recruiters who can contribute their industry expertise, deliver exceptional performance, and provide innovative insights to enhance our business operations through 2026. Duties Run your own 360 desk – candidate delivery and new business development (70‑80% focused on new business). Mentor or manage junior employees, deciding on career path (individual contributor, business development/client management, exec search, or team management). Act as an expert within the Life Sciences space to match candidates with our clients’ open positions. Creatively source new clients (cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, referrals). Serve as main point of contact for clients, assisting staffing needs. Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent. What we offer Base salary of $75k plus an uncapped commission with no draws or thresholds.
