What You’ll Do

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections, to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Drive initiatives to ensure diverse hiring practices and build a team reflective of our values and culture.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes to achieve hiring targets, reporting regularly to hiring partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging talent pools to strategically advise the business on hiring needs and challenges.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full‑cycle or university recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross‑functionally to achieve Sierra’s goals.
  • Relationships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and ambassadors.
  • Experience in planning and executing campus engagement strategies, across universities through targeted events and partnerships.

  • Ability and willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.
  • An interest in building from the ground up: launching intern programs, designing early talent hiring process.
