Full-Time Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our expanding Dermatology team. Position Overview:
As a Dermatology APP, you will collaborate with board-certified dermatologists in a busy, well-established outpatient practice. You?ll provide a wide range of dermatologic care, including general dermatology and minor procedures, in a setting that supports autonomy, continued learning, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
Conduct skin checks and skin cancer screenings.
Perform office-based dermatologic procedures including cryotherapy, biopsies, and excisions.
Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans and preventative skin care.
Document all care provided using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).
At least 1?2 years of dermatology experience preferred; new graduates with strong dermatology rotations or clinical interest may be considered.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
