Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join our growing team. This position is

based in Post Falls, ID , with

occasional travel to our Spokane, WA location . Position Overview As an NP or PA in our practice, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing chronic and acute pain conditions. You?ll collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to create and implement personalized treatment plans, while maintaining a strong focus on patient education and communication. This position is ideal for a motivated, compassionate provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving lives through quality pain management. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and evaluations Diagnose pain conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans Provide pre- and post-procedure care and guidance Perform minimally invasive procedures (training provided) Order and interpret laboratory tests (e.g., blood and urine) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active licensure in Idaho (and Washington, or willingness to obtain) Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or primary care preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in basic EMR use and computer skills Willing to travel between Post Falls and Spokane clinics as needed Why Join Us?
