Salary and Benefits
Annual salary range of $170,000 to $198,000, based on experience
Productivity and Quality Performance Bonuses
Health Benefits: Multiple health plan options including low-cost and HSA plans
Employer contributions up to $1,000/year for HSA plans

Paid Time Off: 25 days of PTO in the first year
CME Leave: 4 additional paid CME days annually

Responsibilities
Flexible schedule : choose between 8-hour, 9-hour (with every other Monday or Friday off), or 10-hour days (with one fixed day off weekly)
Limited On Call- Only 2-3 Weeks Each Year
Supportive, team-based clinical environment with a strong focus on work-life balance
Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents
Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated treatment
Provides professional oversight for any advanced practice nurses assigned at clinical location of practice.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement activities and participate in utilization and risk management
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active Florida License and DEA License
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
