Position Overview
We are seeking a
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
or
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a collaborative environment, working under the supervision of our Agency Medical Director. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health needs, as well as provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for
Opioid Use Disorder
and
Methamphetamine Use Disorder . Additional responsibilities may include supporting patients through
ambulatory detox services
when appropriate. Key Responsibilities Conduct new patient assessments and follow-up visits for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT for opioid and stimulant use disorders. Collaborate with the Medical Director, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to deliver integrated care. Participate in developing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and ensure continuity of care. Provide patient education on medications, recovery strategies, and health promotion. Document clinical services accurately and timely in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensed as a
Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
or
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
in Oklahoma. DEA and OBN registration with no restrictions Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered, recovery-oriented care. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time,
