Great opportunity in the Myrtle Beach, SC area is available for an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to work in clinic and the OR. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Ortho NP/PA will work with a multidisciplinary team treating General Ortho focusing on hips, knees, foot/ankle, sports med, and shoulders Duties include surgical procedures with robotics, inpatient and outpatient clinic settings Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-12p Shared call with ortho surgeons approx 1:8 to 1:9 rotation for ED call and clinic call is 1:6 Support staff available - dedicated Ortho RN, PA's, and experienced surgical team EMR used is Cerner 17-20 patients per day Primarily teen to adult ages Visit types include - initial consults, pre/post op, and management of chronic ortho issues Competitive based salary with $5K sign on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and much more Please refer to Job ID#5830.
