Varies - Caring for the homeless at their Harm Reduction Health Hubs in downtown L.A. Compensation: - Salary ranges from $180,000 to $183,000 - Competitive and Negotiable; Based on Experience - Productivity and Quality Bonuses - Details to be Discussed With Candidate Directly Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision - 401k - 1 Week for CME Plus $1K Allowance - 2 Weeks Vacation Time - 8 Hours Sick Time - 11 Paid Holidays Additional Info:
Outreach for downtown site on Mobile Unit seeing adult patients only.
Qualifications: - Strong understanding of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and community public health. - Experience treating and managing medications for opioid, alcohol, and stimulant use disorders. - Comfort in caring for people with severe, complex medical and psychiatric co-morbidities. - Desire to work in a non-traditional setting, including comfort with episodic street outreach. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Commitment to serving vulnerable and marginalized populations. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
Required: - 2 years of experience in primary care as a certified PA - Current, unrestricted CA license. - Current, unrestricted DEA Certificate
Preferred: - Experience in homeless healthcare/street-based medicine. - Experience with medical respite or recuperative care. - Dedicated training/certification in addiction medicine.
