Welcome to Our Growing Pain Management Practice! We are seeking fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management physicians to join our expanding team due to increased demand. We welcome both PM&R and Anesthesiology trained physicians to apply and practice a full range of pain procedures.

Responsibilities:

Performing interventional pain management procedures

Providing comprehensive patient care

Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management

Completion of fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management

Active medical license in Indiana
