Position Highlights:
Balanced Workload:
60/40 OB-to-Gyn Clinic schedule with no primary call; backup only for midwives/Laborists.
Low-Acuity Cases:
Multiples, preemies, and high-risk patients are transferred.
Collaborative Practice:
Work with residents 2-3 days weekly and receive APP support for surgeries.
Advanced Technology:
Full-scope practice equipped with ultrasounds, NSTs, Minerva, and Endosee.
Streamlined Documentation:
Epic EMR ensures efficiency.
Competitive Compensation:
Base salary of $400k+ with opportunities for additional call/Laborist shifts.
