As an NC Programmer , you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting Machining Operations . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and collaboration abilities that will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: NC Programmer Location: 100% Onsite Pay Range: $45.91 - $51.02/hr What’s the Job? Create NC programs for aerospace components using NX CAM or similar software. Plan and design manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Analyze equipment layout, workflow, and assembly methods. Determine parts and tools needed to meet product specifications. Support machining operations for aluminum aerospace parts. What’s Needed? Experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills. Proficiency with NX CAM or similar programming software. Knowledge of machining aluminum aerospace components. Ability to create workholding fixtures and select cutting tools. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. What’s in it for me?
