Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Zeus’ global network, cybersecurity, and IT hardware/software systems—including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and operating systems (iOS, Windows 10).
• Lead ongoing IT operations with a strong focus on end-user computing.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for infrastructure and end-user computing issues.
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and change management across infrastructure, operations, and security services.
• Lead cross-functional teams and managers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric technology solutions.
