Overview

The Chief Product Officer will define and lead the next chapter of the agency's product evolution integrating our SaaS technology foundation with high-impact services to deliver measurable client outcomes. This executive will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our global product portfolio, ensuring our solutions enable scale, innovation, and activation across digital commerce.

While the immediate focus is on product vision, strategy, and portfolio execution, the ideal candidate will also bring technical fluency and leadership capability to partner deeply with engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Define and execute product strategy: Shape a unified SaaS and services roadmap that advances the agency's mission to simplify and accelerate digital commerce growth.
  • Elevate the SaaS platform: Enhance our data and analytics capabilities to deliver realtime insights, predictive intelligence, and seamless integration with our managed services.
  • Drive measurable client outcomes: Ensure every product initiative connects to business value improving client ROI, efficiency, and activation across the funnel.
  • Lead and inspire the product organization: Grow and mentor a worldclass team across Product Management, UX, and Product Operations; foster a culture that blends innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Integrate product and service delivery: Partner closely with Commercial, Client Services, and Engineering to design solutions that power both selfserve and serviceled client success models.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction: Work handinhand with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to embed automation, AI, and intelligence across the Profitero+ SaaS platform. Provide leadership as needed with engineering product teams.
  • Represent the agency externally: Champion our SaaS and service innovation in the global commerce ecosystem, engaging with clients, partners, and thought leaders.

Qualifications

  • A strategic, customerobsessed product leader with 10+ years in SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing technology leadership.
  • Experienced in scaling datarich, analyticsled platforms and partnering effectively with engineering teams on architecture, platform modernization, and AI/ML integration.
  • Skilled at bridging SaaS and service delivery models to create integrated, outcomebased client solutions.
  • Comfortable leading through transformation and aligning crossfunctional teams around a shared vision.
  • Collaborative, decisive, and trusted across engineering, services, and executive leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and inspired by shaping the future of global digital commerce.

Compensation Range: $350,000 - $400,000/annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a thirdparty benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
