Figure out how to package and deploy our core product through new sales channels, conceptualize integration with partners, legal firms, and healthcare providers. Speak the language of tradeoffs, align technical architecture with product goals to support complexity of tomorrow. Design & User Experience: Ensure every interaction, human or machine, feels humancentric, transparent, and incredibly simple. Essential Background: Product leader who has taken a complex technical product from early traction to multichannel scale, invented new market entry, owns activation handoff, and has strong grasp of unit economics and business strategy. Strategic, Not Administrative: View PM as invention & strategy, not ticketcounting. Commercial Fluency: CrossFunctional Partnership: AI Partnership: Use LLMs to draft strategies, analyze data, and stresstest logic; engage with CTO on database and roadmap decisions.
