Base pay range

$151,304.00/yr - $201,739.00/yr

The Role: As a Senior Product Manager on the DoseSpot Connect Platform, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our interoperability and messaging layer that powers patient and provider experiences. You will partner closely with our Experiences team to build patientfacing solutions that improve medication adherence and communication. A key part of this role is using data, automation, and AIassisted workflows in pragmatic ways to reduce friction and improve outcomes, while operating in a complex, regulated environment. You will operate with significant autonomy, set clear direction, and make highjudgement decisions in collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and gotomarket teams. You combine strong technical and data fluency, deep customer empathy, and market awareness to deliver products that meet rigorous reliability, compliance, and performance expectations.

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and own the longterm strategy and roadmap for your product area.
  • Size market opportunities and build business cases for investment.
  • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into actionable direction with clear priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to use automation and AIassisted experiences to improve adherence, communication, and operational efficiency within the Connect platform.

End to End Product Leadership

  • Lead complex discovery efforts, including workflow mapping, solution exploration, and risk identification.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, support, and GTM teams.
  • Make highjudgement tradeoffs balancing customer impact, technical complexity, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Use data and experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, holdouts) to evaluate the impact of new automation and AIassisted features and iterate based on results.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analysis across patient engagement, adherence, and carecoordination solutions to inform strategy.
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows, clinical and administrative requirements, compliance constraints, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and shape product direction.
  • Anticipate regulatory and industry shifts and adjust strategy accordingly.

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Engage meaningfully in architecture discussions related to APIs, routing, EDI standards, and clinical data flows.
  • Collaborate with data and AI/ML teams (or external partners) to define data requirements, integration patterns, and guardrails for automation and AIassisted workflows.
  • Ensure your domain meets reliability, scalability, privacy, and security expectations.
  • Partner closely with engineering leads on design, sequencing, and risk mitigation.

CrossFunctional Influence

  • Communicate product decisions and rationales to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate multisquad delivery when your domain touches multiple parts of the platform.
  • Influence processes and practices that elevate product execution across the org.

Performance & Improvement

  • Define KPIs for your domain and use them to inform prioritization.
  • Lead postlaunch impact reviews, quality improvements, and iteration cycles.

What Youll Bring

  • Typical requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in API platforms, data workflows, or regulated/enterprise software.
  • Deepening healthcare knowledge: eRx workflows, NCPDP SCRIPT, eligibility/EDI, payerprovider transactions, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product area endtoend.
  • Excellent communication; able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and experience operating in ambiguity.
  • Ability to mentor PMs and uplift product practices.
  • Experience shipping features that use data and automation (e.g., rulesbased workflows, recommendations, scoring, or AIassisted experiences) in a production product.
  • Comfortable working with engineers and data teams on APIs, data flows, and experimentation; able to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical and measurement requirements.
