Join RUCKUS as Director, Product Management to help redefine how industries like MDU (MultiDwelling Units), Hospitality, Education (K12 & Higher Ed), MWL (Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics), Service Providers, ProAV, Federal, and Healthcare harness WiFi, switching, and AIdriven insights to accelerate digital transformation.
How Youll help us connect the world:
As a PLM, youll be the visionary behind endtoend WiFi solutions that combine RUCKUSs cuttingedge technologies with a powerful ecosystem of 30+ alliance partners. Youll shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver solutions that solve real world challengesbridging the gap between innovation and market impact.
- Architect Solutions : Design scalable, secure, highperformance WiFi solutions tailored to the unique needs of each vertical.
- Lead Product Strategy : Define and drive endtoend solutions by identifying market requirements and whitespace opportunities in strategic verticals.
- Be the Voice of the Market : Act as the product and solution evangelistdeeply understanding customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Drive Innovation : Engage directly with customers and partners to gather insights and translate them into differentiated features and solutions.
- Execute CrossFunctionally : Collaborate with engineering, platform product managers, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutionson time and on budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Vertical Expertise : Deep knowledge in at least two of the following: MDU, Hospitality, Education, MWL, Service Providers, ProAV, Federal, or Healthcare.
- Technical KnowHow : Proficiency in wireless networking (WiFi, Ethernet, broadband), IoT/smart building integration, industrial systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES, WMS), and hospitality tech (PMS, IPTV, mobile checkin).
- Business Acumen : Understanding of MDU financial models, guest/tenant experience expectations, and partner gotomarket strategies.
- Leadership & Influence : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent thirdparty consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00 $240,000.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
