As the Dental Office Supervisor , you’ll be an essential part of our integrated care team, ensuring efficient, welcoming experiences for patients and supporting front office staff across our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Customer Relations Specialists working in dental front offices
- Ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional front-desk experience
- Oversee daily operations related to scheduling, intake, and co-payment processes
- Monitor and verify payment batches and prepare bank deposits
- Review and approve sliding fee documentation and ensure policy adherence
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalated patient concerns
- Collaborate with the Office Manager – Dental on staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Provide hands-on backup support for phones, registration, scheduling, and payment collection as needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS• At least two (2) years experience as a front office staff member in a medical, behavioral, or administrative setting preferred
• Supervisory xrczosw experience preferred
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone skills preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
