Work Dates Needed: Feb - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) w possible night call Avg 15 shifts per month of coverage needed Min 5 consecutive shifts per month required Group will work with the locum physician on call expectations Worksite Setting: Outpatient w call Scope of Work: Outpatient support & ambulatory scopes 5 days per week: 3 clinic; 2 endo Median productivity Full Anesthesia (Propofol) for cases or Moderate Sedation (Versed and Fentanyl General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults Ercp/eus not a requirement Patient admits Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BC GI, DEA, ACLS, BLS EMR: Epic
