Medicus is collaborating with a hospital 30 minutes from Dallas, Texas, with an opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage.
About the Opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour shifts Shifts available at multiple hospitals Level II and Level III NICUs Daily Volume: 4-20 neonates and 4-18 newborns, depending on site Duties: Rounding and managing NICU infants, attending high-risk deliveries, and rounding on newborns Required Procedures: Neonatal intubations, umbilical line placements, needle chest thoracentesis, neonatal delivery attendance, and resuscitation Support Staff: Nurses, RTs, therapists, pediatric NPs, neonatologists Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, explore a large nature preserve, attend outdoor concerts, festivals, and art walks held in a lively town square, and enjoy Southern comfort food or global cuisine at locally owned dining spots.
