Role Description We seek a highly motivated and experienced production manager to oversee LNP production and workflow scheduling. The role requires strong leadership and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with department managers to develop and maintain production and QC schedules, delivering orders on time while ensuring quality.

Lead the team to develop and optimize the production workflow, upgrading processes to improve delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.

Proactively identify and resolve root causes of issues, addressing them to improve overall production stability.

Provide operational leadership, inclusive of training, coaching, and team development.

Maintain accurate maintenance, reporting, and forecasting of assigned production budgets and results on a monthly basis.

Support cross‑functional communication to develop LNP production platform capability.

Support tech transfer and process optimization for new product beta testing and launching.

Provide technical support and leadership for customized LNP project requests.

Maintain proper training and performance documentation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.

At least 1 year of managerial experience in the biotechnology production sector.

Demonstrated initiative and success in collaborative interdisciplinary projects.

Excellent time‑management skills with a commitment to task completion.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Self‑motivated, passionate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
