Electrical Superintendent
to join our growing team and lead field operations from the ground up.
Position Overview As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role on large construction sites, managing all aspects of field electrical operations. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractors
Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials
Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, safety regulations, and local codes
Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issues
Provide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look‑ahead schedules
Monitor quality control and perform regular site inspections
Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices to support workforce development
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large‑scale new construction projects
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standards
Proven track record managing field crews on commercial, multifamily, school, or federal projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
OSHA 30 Certification Required

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.
Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.).
Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
