A growing pediatric private practice in New Jersey is seeking motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join its clinical team. This role involves providing evaluation and therapy services to toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents in a family-centered environment that supports creativity and flexibility in treatment. Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals Provide skilled therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training Complete daily documentation, progress reports, and plans of care Reassess client progress and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical and insurance guidelines Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Provide home exercise programs and ongoing family education Maintain a professional and supportive rapport with clients, families, and coworkers Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible New Jersey SLP license Pediatric experience required Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Availability for weekday late afternoon/evening hours Employment Type
