Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sophisticated
coverage analysis
and draft coverage opinions.
Litigate
coverage disputes
and
declaratory judgment actions
in state and federal courts.
Prepare dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and strategic litigation plans.
Advise insurers on complex policy interpretation issues across multiple lines.
Collaborate with senior partners and remote team members to drive efficient, strategic outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
4–7 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
Strong background in coverage opinions, policy analysis, and DJ actions.
Must be admitted to practice law in your state.
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of performing at a high level in a
100% remote
environment.
