Role Description
We are seeking a Mid‑Level Account/Project Manager to join our team full‑time, on‑site in our Norwalk, CT office. This role is critical in managing client accounts and overseeing flawless project execution. You’ll work closely with clients to understand goals and requirements, collaborate with internal teams to build content strategies, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards. In addition, you will manage budgets, timelines, and day‑to‑day client communications. This is a 100% in‑office position. Responsibilities
Serve as primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple accounts. Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop content strategies. Manage budgets, schedules, and resourcing to keep projects on track. Ensure deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards. Proactively identify risks and solutions to keep work moving smoothly. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management or project management, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency. Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools/software.
