About The Clinic Spine & Sport Physical Therapy – Santa Rosa provides evidence‑based outpatient care across general orthopedics, spine rehab, sports medicine, work conditioning, FCEs, pre/post‑op, balance/fall prevention, and more. The clinic operates standard weekday hours and is part of PRN’s Northern California network, offering access to shared resources, mentorship, and growth.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized, evidence‑based plans of care for orthopedic and sports populations

Leverage ALT to complete same‑day documentation while maximizing patient engagement

Collaborate with PTAs, techs, and front office to ensure seamless patient flow and outcomes

Educate patients and families; coordinate with referring providers and payors as needed

Contribute to clinic quality initiatives, mentorship, and community outreach

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from CAPTE‑accredited program

California PT license (or PTLA) by start date

New grads welcome; prior outpatient ortho/sports experience a plus

Strong communication, time‑management, and teamwork skills; comfort with EMR/ALT tools

Schedule & Pay

Full‑time preferred; part‑time considered based on clinic needs
