Immediate Openings for Licensed Therapists – LPC, LCSW, or LMSW

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes according to company policy.
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions seen per week.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia with licenses LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
For tele‑health from home, a professional, private, HIPAA‑compliant home office.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
EMDR experience.
Experience supervising residents with a supervision credential.
Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.
Experience with couples and families.
General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing.
