Salary:
$70,000-$82,000 base salary (Negotiable, depending on experience) plus full benefits package
Job Summary Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support multi‑state payroll operations for their growing organization. This role focuses heavily on payroll processing, timekeeping administration, audits, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on UKGPro and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain employee payroll, tax, banking, PTO, and deduction records
Process weekly and bi‑weekly payrolls, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and off‑cycle runs
Audit and balance time files using Workforce Management (WFM)
Set up and manage garnishments, levies, and court orders
Serve as first‑line support for time clock and WFM issues
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Communicate payroll policies and respond to employee inquiries
Prepare payroll journals and routine reporting for leadership
Qualifications
2–3+ years of payroll experience in a multi‑state environment
Expert‑level experience with UKGPro (required)
Workforce Management / Dimensions experience preferred
Strong Excel and audit skills
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
