Director of Rehabilitation – Lakewood, CO
Our Colorado market is excited to announce our growth in the Lakewood, CO area, and we are currently seeking an innovative therapist to lead our in‑house therapy team. You will create and implement new rehabilitation programs for our deserving patients and manage the daily operations associated with a busy in‑house therapy department.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Duties
Implement and monitor the provision of facility rehab policy and procedures.
Supervise rehab staff and ensure effective orientation, training, and ongoing competency.
Coordinate rehab admissions and distribution of caseload.
Assist in case management and tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system.
Recruit rehab staff.
Manage and analyze department metrics, including accurate billing.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory issues and maintain complete records, including medical documentation and reimbursement denials management.
Maintain relationships with hospital therapists, physicians, and other key community members.
Provide direct patient treatment.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist.
At least 3 years of experience as a therapist.
Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage various payors effectively.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
