We are seeking a
strategic and results-driven Finance Director
to lead financial operations for a dynamic organization in the
automotive manufacturing sector . This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and partnering with executive leadership to support growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, including cost optimization and margin improvement.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for multiple manufacturing units.
Operational Finance: Implement robust financial controls, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting across production and supply chain operations.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to drive efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within
manufacturing (automotive preferred) .
Strong knowledge of
cost accounting, inventory management, and multi-site operations .
Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and deliver measurable financial results.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
