We are partnering with a well-recognized alternatives investment platform that partners with leading asset managers across private credit and private equity. The firm is in a major growth phase and is adding a senior Midwest commercial leader to own and scale one of its most strategic regions.
This is a Chicago-based leadership opportunity with full market ownership, direct team leadership, and significant long-term upside.

Responsibilities
Own and lead Midwest alternatives distribution strategy across RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and private banking platforms
Serve as a player-coach, personally driving capital formation while leading and mentoring a team of senior sales professionals
Build and optimize the regional coverage model, advisor segmentation, and sales execution strategy
Lead new fund launches, regional roadshows, and national asset manager partnerships Requirements
10+ years of experience in alternative investments distribution and capital raising
Proven track record building and scaling regional sales teams
Existing Midwest relationships across RIA, IBD, and private bank channels
FINRA Series 7 & 63 required
CAIA preferred
