Job Description You were born to be the boss. It’s time to move up. Domino’s is hiring leaders – more specifically, General Managers. The role requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, and manage all store staff.
Control costs: inventory control, cash control, and cost controls.
Maintain high customer relations and follow all policy and procedure 100% of the time.
Set the example for the crew.
Job Duties (Hourly Store Team)
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Leadership, judgment, and decision‑making skills.
Physical Demands
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances.
Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, carrying large cans and pizza sauce.
Pushing trays on dollies up to 30 inches requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally for maintenance.
Forward bending at the waist for the pizza assembly station; crouching or squatting to stock shelves.
