Senior Manager, Source-To-Pay Projects
Join Emerson’s Digital Supply Chain Operations team as a Senior Manager, Source-To-Pay Projects. You will lead enterprise-wide program strategy and projects to improve Emerson’s global digital supply chain capabilities.
Reporting to the Vice‑President of Digital Supply Chain Operations, you will ensure that programs are relevant and impactful across Emerson’s business units, drive process excellence, lead cross‑functional change management, and partner with IT to deploy automation, AI, software, and data management solutions.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead project teams to implement digital supply‑chain initiatives across S2P and related data management and analytics.
Deliver tangible business results and execute programs on time.
Ensure software, automation, and AI solutions achieve objectives for estimated supply‑chain productivity.
Lead change management to develop regional processes that meet the diverse needs of Emerson business and align with global processes.
Develop and execute training for users of tools and processes.
Engage with internal customers and cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve project risks.
Engage Emerson leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders in achieving project governance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve S2P processes, including training for cross‑functional personas aligned with enterprise goals.
Serve as the focal point for the use of software, AI, automation, and enterprise‑wide solutions in S2P.
Lead and mentor a team of global supply‑chain project managers and analysts.
Partner with IT, Finance, and relevant BU partners to achieve a consistent and leading user experience on Emerson’s suite of Source‑to‑Contract, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Supplier Relationship Management technology solutions within the ERP environment.
Create performance‑focused process and policy standards with input from functional groups, fostering a One‑Emerson standard for process excellence.
Discover opportunities and risks to enhance processes, policies, and the technology ecosystem (software, automation, data).
Support development and implementation of skill matrices and training programs.
Develop actionable plans to reduce redundant work between enterprise and global BU operations and manage change through business intuition, analytical thinking, curiosity, influence, and interpersonal skills.
Lead activities to achieve budget and productivity goals for technology initiatives, engaging leaders to execute roadmaps and validate business impact.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, manufacturing, information technology, or engineering.
Experience leading or owning Source‑to‑Pay related process, role, and technology change management.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred.
3–5 years of Source‑to‑Pay experience.
2 years in Procure‑to‑Pay project management or IT/ERP initiatives.
