Infosys is hiring a Data Insights Lead Analyst experienced in working with Retail CPG client data and able to understand business requirements, conduct gap analysis, perform in‑depth data analysis, and manage master data at SKU and store level. The role involves consulting on requirements, guiding data and data model design, understanding data flow and quality issues, and ensuring observability for operations. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Interpretation

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform businesses of data quality issues such as consistency and inaccuracy. Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for dataset preparation for data products related to Sell‑out and Inventory. Master Data Management

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across various data sources. Investigate and identify data gaps due to master data issues such as Product, Store, and Promotions. Business Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data solutions that align with business objectives. Reporting & Visualization

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other metrics. Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Technical Expertise

Utilize data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, and BigQuery to manipulate and analyze data. Stay updated with the latest data technologies and methodologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, GCP, and data ingestion tools. Set up observability for monitoring and tracking data quality. Training & Support

Provide training and support to business users on data tools and best practices. Act as a resource for data‑related queries and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications

Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Hartford, CT, or willing to relocate. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education. Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship at this time). At least 4 years of experience with information technology. Experience in Nielsen and CPG data expertise (Point of Sale, Inventory, etc.) and Power BI. Experience in Python for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling. Experience in SQL/BigQuery for querying and managing databases. Strong experience in Excel for data manipulation and visualization. Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Nielsen and CPG data expertise (Point of Sale, Inventory, etc.) and Power BI. Experience with MS Fabric and Google BigQuery. Experience with Collibra for data governance and cataloging. Experience in data modeling and data storytelling, coordinating with various sources. Strong communication and analytical skills. Additional Information

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
