Senior Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure / M&A)

Dunwoody, GA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead fast‑paced IT infrastructure initiatives, with a strong emphasis on M&A integrations and enterprise dataflow migrations. This role requires hands‑on project leadership, executive‑level communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center consolidations
Drive M&A IT integration efforts, including systems consolidation, infrastructure alignment, and data migration
Collaborate with corporate development, legal, security, and business stakeholders to assess and execute acquisition‑related IT strategies
Oversee enterprise dataflow architecture and large‑scale data migration initiatives
Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless system and data integration
Manage cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, security, and business units
Maintain and present executive‑level project updates, including RAID logs, accomplishments, risks, and next steps
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards
Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in technical project management with a strong infrastructure focus
Proven experience leading M&A IT integrations
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), networking, and cybersecurity
Experience with large‑scale data migrations and data integration projects
Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
Ideal Background
Senior‑level PM comfortable working in a high‑velocity environment
Infrastructure‑focused PM with M&A experience (highly preferred)
ERP applications or enterprise data integration experience is a strong plus
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
