As part of the Protein Therapeutics (PT) – Protein Chemistry team, you will develop and execute high throughput assays to support the pipeline, contribute to the development of innovative solutions for purification, analytics, and molecular assessment capabilities, and assist in the engineering, production, assessment, and selection of large molecule drug candidates.
What you will do Develop and execute high-throughput assays for large molecule therapeutics, publish data for drug candidate selection, innovate purification and analytics solutions through automation, and partner with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Purify and characterize novel and complex molecules that advance the next generation of large molecule therapeutics.
Develop innovative solutions to advance purification, analytics, and molecular assessment capabilities with automation.
Analyze and report data for large molecule drug candidate selection.
Partner with Project, Data Science, Analytics, and Automation teams to drive innovation.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree and 1 year of protein analytics and characterization assay experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of protein analytics and characterization assay experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree and 5 years of high throughput large molecule characterization experience.
Effective communication skills, ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
Broad experience with automated high-throughput assay development, execution, and analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in protein characterization, bioanalytical techniques; familiarity with cloning, purification, protein engineering, and mammalian protein expression is a plus.
Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skill set.

Expected annual salary range: $97,778.00 – $110,090.00 USD.
