Part‑Time Emergency Medicine Physician Position – Fort Collins, CO
National Wound Physician Group is seeking a physician to provide bedside wound care across 3,200+ facilities nationwide, offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work‑life balance.
Schedule: No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities. Typical workdays are Monday‑Friday, 7 am – 4 pm, or part‑time (minimum 3 weekdays per week). Full‑time roles run 4‑5 days a week. The practice is mobile within a 40–60‑mile radius of Fort Collins.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in skilled nursing facilities and long‑term acute care hospitals.
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, treating 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities.
Document clinical encounters in real‑time using the proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
Participate in a 6‑month wound‑care fellowship and benefit from paid training during onboarding.
Adhere to W2 employment terms; no visa sponsorship is available.
Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
