Product Development & Launch
Lead end-to-end product development-defining positioning, features, pricing, and packaging aligned with brand and business goals.
Drive cross-functional execution with teams in design, engineering, sourcing, and marketing.
Support product testing, validation, and sustainability initiatives to ensure quality and long-term trust.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Partner with marketing, creative, and sales to bring product stories to life across all channels-packaging, content, retail, and digital.
Ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects usability, emotional benefit, and value.
Oversee launch readiness, including sell-in materials, training, and activation plans.
Portfolio Management
