The Opportunity We're on a mission to transform how the world communicates—and we need a Technical Program Manager who can accelerate our growth at scale. This is not a typical TPM role; you’ll be the strategic force that turns our ambitious growth vision into measurable results across the intersection of product, engineering, data, marketing, and go‑to‑market teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive cross‑functional growth initiatives from 0 to 1, launching new growth channels, referral programs, viral loops, market expansion, and freemium‑to‑paid conversion strategies.

Scale successful growth tactics organization‑wide, enabling rapid adoption across products, geographies, and user segments through playbooks and repeatable engines.

Serve as the strategic bridge between growth opportunities and execution velocity, translating market insights, user data, and competitive dynamics into actionable growth programs that balance acquisition, retention, monetization, and product quality.

Establish growth operations and tooling, implementing systems that reduce friction in the growth process—experiment management platforms, feature flagging, audience segmentation tools, and analytics frameworks.

Champion Product‑Led Growth (PLG) principles, embedding growth thinking into product development from the ground up and ensuring new features are designed with virality, retention, and monetization in mind.

Embed a growth‑mindset culture, fostering open dialogue about hypothesis testing, learning from failures, and sharing insights across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years driving growth or product programs in fast‑scaling tech companies.

A track record of designing systems that scale, including frameworks, processes, or tools that enable faster adoption while maintaining safeguards.

Strong communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

A self‑starter who can identify gaps, chart paths forward, and juggle multiple high‑stakes initiatives without losing focus on strategic goals.

Data‑driven decision making paired with stakeholder‑focused influence, adapting communication style to diverse audiences.
