In data science we pioneer data‑driven decisions for flagship initiatives such as carrier growth, product development, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Partner with marketing, product and business development teams to integrate customer insights into acquisition and partnership strategies.
Lead the design, execution and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting insights to inform product decisions.
Define, test and optimize levers that drive profitable user acquisition and partnership growth.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline.
1+ years in top‑tier economic consulting (Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) or management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or relevant data‑science/business analysis background.
High proficiency with SQL or Python.
