Tax Manager – Healthcare, Private Client Services (PCS)

Accounting for the practice, including bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews to ensure proper revenue and expense classifications. Prepare budgets and revenue/expense projections. Analyze revenue cycle reports, including days in accounts receivable, collection percentage, payor mix and other key metrics. Assist clients with cash flow management and improve operational efficiencies by benchmarking overhead costs and making recommendations. Work with physicians, independent contractors and mid‑level providers to assess compensation, shareholder and employment agreements. Work with clients and third‑party administrators to implement retirement plans and employee benefits. Contribute to the design and implementation of physician compensation models and benchmark productivity and compensation to industry standards. Recognize and inform management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients. Participate in department‑wide initiatives aimed at continually improving the department’s processes and supporting infrastructure. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field. 5+ years of experience within accounting and/or tax. Experience within a public accounting firm. CPA certification. Preferred / Desired Qualifications
