Overview A prominent, full-service law firm with a nationally recognized intellectual property practice is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate focused on Life Sciences. This opportunity offers exposure to complex patent litigation, antitrust, and trade secret disputes for major pharmaceutical and biopharma clients in high-profile venues across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in large-scale patent litigation and related proceedings.
Work on antitrust and trade secret disputes tied to life sciences innovations.
Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex, high-stakes matters.
Represent clients in prominent courts and legal forums nationwide.
Contribute to strategic case planning, briefing, and execution.
Qualifications
3–4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience.
Background in biological or chemical sciences required.
Experience with patent office and PTAB proceedings.
Exposure to global or European patent matters is a plus.
Prior large law firm experience preferred.
Industry or regulatory experience in biopharma welcomed.
Strong academic credentials required.
Bar admission in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
