As the Director of Residential Shelter Services, you will lead the Residential Services program, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both survivors and staff. In this role, you will guide a team of dedicated advocates to provide trauma-informed care that ensures the safety, empowerment, and healing of survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Overseeing daily shelter operations and client services, you will ensure personalized, mission-aligned support for every client. What You'll Bring Along

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Public Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role within a residential or human/social service setting, or demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities. Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable transportation to travel between the agency's office sites and other locations throughout the service region. Physical demands include but are not limited to long periods of sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs. POSITION TITLE: Director of Residential Services Program REPORTS TO: Associate Director CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt PAY TYPE: Salary, Annual $75,000 - $78,000 PRIMARY WORKSITE: Confidential, Orange County TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Youll be expected to travel, as needed, between the agency's office sites and other locations throughout the service region. WORK HOURS: Primarily Monday through Friday, flexible around evenings, weekends, and holidays required. ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available for rotating On-Call shift assignments.
