About the Opportunity Jerry is building the first super app for car ownership, serving a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019 and have expanded into loans, maintenance, diagnostics, and a GenAI chatbot. We have over 5M customers, 225 employees, and raised $240MM.
As a data scientist, you will champion data‑driven decisions across the company, leveraging advanced machine learning models to conduct analyses and extract insights that shape growth strategies.
How You Will Make An Impact
Partner with marketing, product, and business development to integrate customer performance insights.
Lead design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing features.
Define, test and optimize levers to drive profitable and scalable acquisition.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize operations.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or rigorous discipline.
1+ years at a top‑tier economic or management consulting firm (e.g., Analysis Group, BCG, Bain, McKinsey) OR relevant experience in data science/business analysis.
High level of comfort with SQL or Python.

In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants.
