KLOUDGIN Systems Analyst (12‑month contract)
Base Pay Range $80.00/hr – $90.00/hr
Location & Onsite Requirement 2 weeks onsite in Sacramento, CA, followed by 20% onsite during the contract.
Job Description Our client is seeking a contractor with experience as a Systems Analyst for implementing the KloudGin Work Management (Field Service Management) solution. This role requires a strong background in providing analytical support for a broad range of business unit processes and applications, table configurations and maintenance of software systems used to support business applications.
Responsibilities
Configure the KloudGin Work Management solution
Support implementation and maintenance of Field Service Management systems
Integrate systems using APIs, middleware and data migration techniques
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools related to FSM data
Assist with user training and documentation for mobile technologies in field service solutions
Participate in Agile/Waterfall project activities and provide documentation
Attend key meetings, working sessions and project milestones (up to 20%) onsite in Sacramento, CA.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
Experience with KloudGin Work Management solution configuration
Experience implementing and supporting Field Service Management solutions
Experience in the utility industry or a regulated environment
Knowledge of system integration techniques: APIs, middleware, data migration
Understanding of mobile technologies and their application in field service solutions
Proficiency with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
Experience with reporting and analytics tools related to FSM data
Basic knowledge of cloud‑based solutions and SaaS platforms
Basic knowledge of related systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance, Esri, and SharePoint
Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills; availability 7 am–5 pm (PST) weekdays.
